1. Scope
These terms cover 木靈初醒 (org.plantgod.village) and related Guangyu Space support. Read them together with the privacy policy before use. Minors require parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law.
2. Game content
This is a single-player deity-growth and territory-strategy game featuring settlements, a divine tree, stories, abilities, exploration and expeditions. Its world and characters are fictional. Updates may adjust balance, interface and content; available features depend on the installed version.
3. Local progress
Progress is mainly stored on your device. Clearing data, uninstalling, device damage or incompatible versions may cause loss. Cloud saving and cross-device recovery are not currently promised. Check available backup or transfer options first. Arbitrary save modifications may damage integrity.
4. Future ads and rewards
Ads are not currently enabled. Future ordinary ads or optional rewarded ads may be introduced with reward conditions shown before viewing. Availability and completion verification depend on networks, regions and providers. Contact support for missing rewards. Watching an ad is not a purchase.
5. Future purchases
In-app purchases are not currently enabled. Future offers will show content, price, duration and restrictions before purchase; only purchases you confirm create charges. Google Play handles payment. Digital items and entitlements are licensed for use in the game, have no cash-redemption value and may not be traded or transferred without authorization.
6. Restoration and refunds
For future missing items, entitlement issues or duplicate charges, send order identifiers and a description to [email protected], never payment passwords. Restorable non-consumables depend on product terms and platform records; used consumables are not guaranteed to be restored. Refunds may be requested through Google Play or support, and are assessed under applicable law, platform policy and transaction circumstances. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
7. Use and intellectual property
Do not bypass payment verification, exploit rewards, interfere with services, distribute malware or impersonate others. Code, art and text belong to Guangyu Space or their lawful owners. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. Unauthorized copying or distribution that infringes rights is prohibited; lawful exceptions remain available.
8. Service changes
We reasonably maintain the game but cannot guarantee every device or uninterrupted service. Material changes or closure will receive appropriate notice where applicable, with purchased entitlements handled under law and platform policy. Breaches may lead to necessary, proportionate restrictions; you may contact support to dispute a decision.
9. Liability and rights
Experience and third-party availability can depend on devices and networks. Any limitation applies only where permitted by law and does not exclude mandatory liability, consumer protections or legal remedies.
